History

Founded in 1945 by Wilhelm and Marie Harting, the company has remained family-owned through three generations. Philip Harting became CEO in 2015, and leads the company with his mother, sister, and other non-family managers.

HARTING's products include fiber optic transmission systems for wind turbines, and the Han® HPR VarioShell, a housing system for inter-car jumpers.
