• Active initiatives either in progress or planned including objectives/outcomes and time scales

• Barriers to overcome and additional support needed from:

  • Existing group members

  • Collaboration with other DCA groups

  • Additional experts from within membership

  • External support from outside the membership

  • DCA logistical support

  • Summary of actions
